On a more personal level, we can highlight that Judith Pallarés likes to read and enjoy her turtles, although she also loves to go to restaurants, especially those where you can enjoy the terrace if there is sun. She learned many things from her parents, but she emphasizes punctuality and rigor at work. She always tries to look ahead and the phrase she would say to her teenage self is “Keep going”.
