We’d like to introduce our next weaver for the fourth season. For this session, we are pleased to welcome Juli Minoves, rector of the University of Andorra, as our “weaver.” He has an extensive international career that combines diplomacy, government service, international relations, and university teaching. An economist with a Ph.D. in Political Science from Yale University, Juli Minoves served as Andorra’s first Permanent Representative to the United Nations, ambassador to various countries, and Minister of Foreign Affairs, among other roles. He has also built an extensive international academic career, particularly at the University of La Verne in California, before assuming the rectorship of the Universitat d’Andorra in 2024. In this conversation, we want to get to know Juli from both a personal and professional perspective, delving into the experiences that have shaped his journey, the challenges he has faced, and the lessons he has learned through a wide range of roles and environments. Get ready to connect, ask questions, share, and learn in a new edition of The Golden Loom. A unique experience to find inspiration, learn, and share. We look forward to seeing you there!

There is also a lot of ignorance about what their functions are or if any technical profile can perform CTO functions and is useful for our project. We present our vision of this profile, how it varies according to the phase of the project in which we are and where to look for the necessary profile.
