We’d like to introduce our next—and final—guest for this third season. On this occasion, we are pleased to welcome Iván Armengod, Director of the Andorra Center for Digital Well-being and Skills. A professional with over 30 years of experience in project management and leadership, he has built his career across a wide range of sectors, including retail, education, services, leisure, and entertainment. He is currently the Head of the Andorra Center for Well-being and Digital Skills, an entity of Andorra Digital created with the purpose of ensuring that digital transformation brings real benefits to society. During this conversation, we’ll get to know Iván from both a personal and professional perspective. We’ll discuss the lessons that have shaped him, the challenges he’s faced, and how he’s developed his own perspective on leadership. From there, we will connect his experience to his current role at the helm of the Andorra Center for Digital Well-being and Skills. We will learn what the Center is, its founding purpose, its target audience, the needs it aims to address, and the types of initiatives, programs, or support services it is promoting. In addition, we’ll explore the realities they’re facing on a day-to-day basis and the impact this organization aims to have on Andorran society in the medium and long term.
